About

I am a queer, cisgender, multiracial woman living with chronic illness. I identify as a healer, an activist and an antagonist. I live by principles of authenticity, openness and integrity. I believe that harm and healing happen in relationship. I aim first and foremost to be a Liberatory presence in your life, elucidating spaces where agency has been obscured through systemic or relational injustice.

I have and continue to develop my way of practicing through many different occurrences throughout my life, through the impression made by considering alternative ways of healing in interdependent societies, to the exemplars who have fought for our rights to survive, and to envision beyond that. From Eastern spiritual philosophies and western theories of humanism. To my experience of cultivating my own intuition through contemplative practices and my relationship with nature/the divine. And on, to my own experiences with with others in circumstances similar to and unlike mine, through working with our unhoused neighbors, to acute crisis care and hospitalization, to long-term residential care.

I bring myself fully, opening to the person in front of me, attempting to come as close as possible to understanding their/your experience of the world, and how this forms who they are; their fear, heartbreak, their strategies for surviving. I am the amalgamation of all my experiences, as are you, and I am grateful and humbled by the ability to walk beside you.
